摘 要
本设计是对2800mm中厚板热轧线对中装置进行设计。中厚板作为工业应用重要的钢材产品,热轧过程需要利用对中装置来保证钢板剪切质量和输送效率。本文内容包括中厚板生产过程、性能要求及应用领域概述,以及中装置作用、类型、组成及国内外发展现状分析;结合任务书钢板规格要求,计算摩擦力、对中推力及行程等关键数据,为后续设计与校核提供数据支撑;从功能与载荷分析入手,设计对中杆件结构,确定截面尺寸与连接方式,校核杆件稳定性、强度以及螺栓强度;进行液压缸特点、类型介绍,开展液压缸选型以及缸筒内径、壁厚、杆径、杆长等参数设计计算,选定缸筒和缸盖连接形式,保障其强度、密封性和可靠性。

Alignment Device Design for 2800mm Medium and Thick Plate in Hot Rolling Line.
Abstract
This design focuses on the alignment device for the 2800mm medium-thick plate hot rolling line. Medium-thick plates are important steel products for industrial applications, and the hot rolling process requires the use of alignment devices to ensure the shearing quality and conveying efficiency of the steel plates. This paper includes an overview of the production process, performance requirements, and application fields of medium-thick plates, as well as an analysis of the role, types, components, and current development status of alignment devices both domestically and internationally.In accordance with the specifications outlined in the task document, key data such as friction force, alignment thrust, and stroke are calculated to provide data support for subsequent design and verification. Starting from the analysis of functions and loads, the structure of the alignment rod components is designed, including the determination of cross-sectional dimensions and connection methods, and the stability, strength, and bolt strength of the components are verified.Additionally, the characteristics and types of hydraulic cylinders are introduced, followed by the selection of hydraulic cylinders and the design calculations for parameters such as cylinder inner diameter, wall thickness, rod diameter, and rod length. The connection form between the cylinder barrel and the cylinder head is determined to ensure its strength, sealing performance, and reliability.
