摘 要
翻纸模块是数字喷墨印刷机不可缺少的一部分,它是数字喷墨印刷机实现双面印刷必要的装置。作为双面印刷的核心部件,其速度和精度直接影响设备整体效率。随着翻纸模块结构设计,喷墨印刷设备装机量的爆发式增长,通过优化机械结构,可实现高速稳定运行,满足大规模工业化生产需求,针对出版物、包装和工业印刷等不同领域,翻纸机构通过模块化设计实现快速切换。在喷墨印刷创新实践中,验证了翻纸机构在批量印刷复杂介质的适用性。本次设计最终要在双面印刷自动化翻纸基础上可调节印刷幅面宽度。在设计翻纸模块时,首先,要研究整个喷墨印刷机双面印刷翻纸模块的工作流程,对喷墨印刷机翻纸模块进行总体设计,提出不同的可行性方案,并结合实际筛选出最优方案。其次,制订翻纸模块的总体布局、计算选择出最适合的驱动、设计传动部分、设计关键零件尺寸和选择标准件型号;然后,基于数值分析结果运用三维建模软件SolidWorks进行结构构建,对核心承载构件开展力学特性验证及耐久性评估。随后将参数化部件整合形成装配体系,通过多目标协同优化实现机构拓扑重构;最终建构具备智能纸张翻转机制的创新装置,在提升系统鲁棒性的同时达成生产能效增益与运营成本优化。该研究成果为喷墨印刷设备纸质介导系统的技术创新提供了系统化解决方案,有效填补了该领域在工程力学分析标准与智能执行机构设计规范方面的理论空白,具有显著的工程实践指导价值。

ABSTRACT
The The paper flipping module is an indispensable part of digital inkjet printers, serving as a necessary device for achieving double-sided printing. As a core component of double-sided printing, its speed and precision directly impact the overall efficiency of the equipment. With the structural design of the paper flipping module and the explosive growth in the installation of inkjet printing equipment, high-speed and stable operation can be achieved through optimized mechanical structures, meeting the demands of large-scale industrial production. For various fields such as publications, packaging, and industrial printing, the paper flipping mechanism enables rapid switching through modular design. In the innovative practice of inkjet printing, the applicability of the paper flipping mechanism for batch printing of complex media has been validated. This design ultimately aims to achieve adjustable printing width on the basis of automated double-sided printing.When designing the paper flipping module, the first step is to study the workflow of the double-sided printing paper flipping module in the entire inkjet printer, conduct an overall design of the module, propose different feasible solutions, and select the optimal one based on practical considerations. Next, the overall layout of the paper flipping module is planned, the most suitable drive is calculated and selected, the transmission components are designed, the dimensions of key parts are determined, and standard component models are chosen. Then, based on the calculated data, SolidWorks is used for modeling, and the stress conditions and strength of key components are verified. Subsequently, the designed parts are assembled into an assembly diagram, and the overall mechanism is optimized. The final design achieves the function of automatic paper flipping, enhancing the stability of the mechanism while improving production efficiency and economic benefits.This design contributes to the theoretical development and practical application of the paper flipping module in inkjet printers, serving as a valuable reference.
